Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PANDA ISP websites, client areas, web hosting, cloud VPS, managed VPS, dedicated servers, SSL, backups, migrations, support, and related infrastructure services.

By creating an account, ordering a service, using the platform, or continuing to use a service after an update, you agree to these Terms and any applicable order, invoice, service description, acceptable use rule, or policy referenced by PANDA ISP.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account, billing, and technical contact information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account, including actions by users, contractors, employees, scripts, applications, and third parties you authorize.

PANDA ISP may refuse, suspend, or terminate service when account information is inaccurate, payment risk is high, services are misused, or continued service would create security, legal, network, or business risk.

Services

PANDA ISP provides hosting and infrastructure services such as shared-style web hosting, VPS resources, managed server operations, dedicated servers, backups, SSL support, DNS guidance, migrations, monitoring, and technical support.

Server resources, storage, bandwidth, support scope, backup frequency, management level, and included network resources depend on the selected plan. Dedicated IP addresses may be included where required for VPS or dedicated server products, but they are part of the hosting service rather than a standalone anonymity product.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your websites, applications, data, credentials, software, scripts, plugins, users, compliance obligations, and backups outside the backup features specifically included in your plan.

You must secure your account, use strong passwords, update applications, maintain lawful content, avoid resource abuse, and promptly respond to notices involving malware, phishing, spam, copyright complaints, security incidents, or other service misuse.

Acceptable use

You may not use PANDA ISP services for unlawful activity, spam, phishing, malware, botnets, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning, harassment, child exploitation, terrorism support, sanctions evasion, intellectual property infringement, or activity that harms PANDA ISP, customers, networks, or third parties.

You may not resell, tunnel, relay, scrape, attack, or automate traffic in a way that violates law, platform rules, third-party rights, or PANDA ISP network integrity. High-risk workloads may require review, limits, or a different service plan.

Billing, renewals, and taxes

Fees are due according to the order, invoice, checkout session, renewal schedule, or plan terms shown at purchase. Services may renew automatically unless canceled according to the cancellation process available in the client area or support workflow.

You authorize PANDA ISP and its payment providers to charge applicable fees, renewals, taxes, and usage charges. Failed or disputed payments may lead to suspension, late fees, data retention limits, or termination.

Suspension and termination

PANDA ISP may suspend or restrict services to protect customers, infrastructure, third parties, or the platform. Reasons may include non-payment, security incidents, malware, spam, abuse complaints, excessive resource use, legal requests, sanctions risk, or violation of these Terms.

Upon termination or cancellation, access to services may end and data may be deleted after applicable retention periods. You are responsible for exporting data before cancellation unless a written support arrangement says otherwise.

Backups and data loss

Some plans include backup features, but backups are not a substitute for customer-controlled data protection. Backup availability, frequency, retention, and restoration times depend on the plan and operational status.

PANDA ISP is not responsible for data loss caused by customer action, compromised credentials, unsupported software, malware, third-party systems, expired services, non-payment, or events outside reasonable control, except where prohibited by law.

Support and managed services

Support scope depends on the selected plan. Managed services may include patching, monitoring, basic hardening, backup checks, migration assistance, or performance guidance, but do not make PANDA ISP the owner or publisher of customer content.

Emergency support, custom engineering, incident response, migrations, or hands-on application work may require a higher plan, a separate quote, or additional approval.

Intellectual property and content

You retain ownership of your content, applications, and data. You grant PANDA ISP the limited rights needed to host, transmit, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and provide support for your services.

PANDA ISP trademarks, branding, website designs, software, documentation, and platform materials remain owned by PANDA ISP or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse PANDA ISP branding without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

Services are provided on an as-available basis subject to reasonable maintenance, upstream provider issues, software vulnerabilities, customer configuration, force majeure events, and internet conditions outside PANDA ISP control.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PANDA ISP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to amounts paid for the affected service during the period permitted by applicable law.

Changes

PANDA ISP may update these Terms, service descriptions, plan features, prices, or policies as products and legal requirements evolve. Material changes will be posted on the website or communicated through the client area when appropriate.
